Refund & Payment Policy

This Refund & Payment Policy applies to all enrollments in the Tru Tradesman's Institute 6-month HVAC workforce training program.
1. Deposits & Tuition
- The enrollment deposit is non-refundable once platform access is issued, unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing.
- Standard pay-in-full tuition is due before full program access is activated.
- Payment-plan students remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless a written cancellation/refund approval is issued by the program.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Once a textbook, OSHA 10 access, or EPA 608 exam access has been purchased or assigned to you, those costs may be non-refundable.
3. Payment Standing & Access
Monthly payments are due according to your signed payment agreement. Late or missed payments may pause platform access, assignments, grading, certificate release, OSHA/EPA provider coordination, and final completion approval until your account is brought current.
4. Certificates & Completion
No monthly or final certificate will be released if your payment standing, conduct standing, required assignments, quizzes, exams, or admin approval are incomplete.
5. Additional Fees
Retakes, expired access windows, missed exam appointments, failed identity verification, lost or replacement textbooks/materials, and additional provider attempts may require extra fees.
6. Refund Requests
Refunds for special circumstances are reviewed case by case and must be requested in writing. Chargebacks, failed payments, or account disputes may pause enrollment until resolved.
